This time, on our course, you can learn how to make one of the most sought-after types of cheese, Swiss-type matured semi-hard and hard cheeses. Their advantage is that since they require several months of maturation, their sale is therefore not as strictly time-bound as fresh, e.g. in the case of cream cheeses.
