About the event
We are pleased to announce that our association is establishing a so-called Living Laboratory (Living Lab) in Székelydálya, in cooperation with several local, county, and national organizations. The aim of the Living Lab is that the water retention investments to be implemented in the village will serve as a model for other regions in Romania and Europe in developing small landscape-scale solutions to combat drought.
The project will start in April and will run for three years.
To mark this occasion, we are organizing a one-day event.
Starting at 9:30 a.m., Michal Kravčík, Slovak hydrologist and environmental expert, will hold a training session on the planning of such landscape-scale interventions and the key steps of their implementation - in English.
